P2P Mac OS XSome people, mostly those new to the Mac OS, aren’t aware of the wide array of P2P software that is available. OS X i would say is just as good if not even better then Windows in a file sharing sense. With the relatively small amount of virus and exploit issues that Mac experiences, it is a much more safe environment to dabble in file sharing with. In this article, i would like to discuss a couple P2P options available for OS X, and some of my favorite clients for each. Google Chrome Extensions, Goodbye Firefox

This post doesn’t just apply to Mac users, but anyone out there using the Google Chrome browser. If you switched over to Chrome from Firefox, or any other browser for that matter, you probably were disappointed by the minimalistic features that come with Chrome. Have you heard of Google Chrome? It’s the new browser from Google. Available on Windows for almost a year now, yet us Mac users have had to live with a information screen telling us that it will be available shortly. Well, its time to stop waiting, and jump on board the gravy train because Chromium is available now, and it is fast, user friendly, and in my experience significantly more stable then Mozilla Firefox. Plus, the install wont take you more then a minute, i promise. (more…)
