Since Mac is based on unix in more ways then not, it relies on Cron to run its scheduled tasks. Cron is also available to users, but must be administered through the Terminal. CronniX provides an easy to use graphical interface for administering all your scheduled tasks.

To get CronniX just head on over to their website and click on the download link. Once you have installed the application, execute it and use the easy to understand wizard to create jobs. You can also enable and disable jobs without deleting them, so they are not running all the time but are still there when you need them.
